Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized neon signs are made based on customer-selected designs.

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item does not match the approved order details

This protects both the customer and our production process.
